Thursday, October 25th, 2007The always insightful and informative Dick Polman (who also writes for the Philadelphia Inquirer) deconstructs the history of a too-good-to-be-true Ronald Reagan “quote” about George W. Bush. And he concludes with a wonderful old, but new-to-me, journalistic saying:
If your own mother says she loves you, check it out.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if more journalists heeded that excellent advice?
