His rhetoric searing

It appears that Tom Cotton forgot
His two Harvard degrees. Oh, what rot!
One’s in gov., one’s in law.
Is “eliteness” a flaw?
Then he has it, which hampers his plot.

Donald Trump shows contempt and disdain

Are undoubtedly viewed in that vein.
Donald’s populist ploy goes beyond
Any con job I’ve ever seen spawned.
Yet his fans (who should keen
From the rich, elite sheen
Of Trump’s Cab’net) don’t know they’ve been conned.
