Happy Independence Day??? (Limerick)

Warning: This limerick is a downer!

I’m enraged by the damage Don’s done!
I’m incensed by the cases he’s won.
Our Democracy’s ailing;
In danger of failing . . .
Independence Day spirit? I’ve NONE!
