Says George Bush. What a really quick study!
As the death toll keeps soaring,
On truth, Bush keeps warring.

This idiot Bush is not only conversing with a form from some nebula, but now he’s become a prognosticator about a bloody mess his war has caused to our troops, plus the untold million Iraqis.

(And incompetent, inadequate, insecure, arrogant, malicious, lazy, uninformed, grudging, envious, intolerant, obnoxious, immature, uncurious, hostile, small-minded, vengeful, bigoted, spiteful, mean, pushy, rude, jingoistic, and belligerent. Also he is a buffoon.)
You forgot narcissistic and sadistic. But quite a list! If i was shopping for the perfect scum that would be the list I would use.
