This was done in accordance with the &#8220;Oh my God! There&#8217;s a black president!&#8221; rule.<\/p>\n<p>Well this year, two Republican responses have been deemed insufficient. (The &#8220;Why hasn&#8217;t he been impeached yet?&#8221; rule.)<\/p>\n<p>So this Tuesday night we&#8217;ll be treated to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/online\/there-are-now-three-separate-republican-state-of-the-union-rebuttals\/\">three Republican rebuttals<\/a> from Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Mike Lee, and Rand Paul, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s the matter?
