So if someone (ie., Mitt Romney) is <a href=\"http:\/\/articles.boston.com\/2012-07-12\/politics\/32633322_1_bain-capital-mitt-romney-financial-disclosure\">designated<\/a> as <a href=\"http:\/\/delong.typepad.com\/sdj\/2012\/07\/is-this-the-silliest-thing-glenn-kessler-of-the-washington-post-has-ever-written.html\">Bain&#8217;s &#8220;CEO,&#8221; &#8220;President,&#8221; &#8220;Chairman of the Board,&#8221; and &#8220;sole stockholder,&#8221;<\/a> he can&#8217;t disclaim responsibility.
