I’m feeling forlorn, but resigned.
\nWe have lost a great liberal mind.
\nThere was really no choice
\nBut to lose Weiner’s voice—

Let’s hope this is only a pause—
\nThat one day he’ll be cured of his flaws—
\nWith the passage of time
\nHe’ll arise from the slime
