I thought I&#8217;d celebrate it with a tanka (a haiku plus two more seven-syllable lines).<\/p>\n<p>Blame Someone Else Day:<br \/>\nAnnual celebration,<br \/>\nwith one exception &#8212;<br \/>\nthe Republican Party<br \/>\ncommemorates it daily.<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE: The next <em>Blame Someone Else Day<\/em> will happen in just eight months on Friday, January 13, 2012.  So mark you calendars!
