But apparently not.  Just ask <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonmonthly.com\/archives\/individual\/2010_05\/023800.php\">Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska),<\/a>  who blocked the Menendez-Nelson-Lautenberg \u201cOil Company Bailout Prevention Act,\u201d a bill that would <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2010\/05\/13\/lisa-murkowski-blocks-bil_n_575918.html\">increase the liability cap for oil spills<\/a> from $75 million to $10 billion. <\/p>\n<p>Oily Obstruction (Limerick)<br \/>\nBy Madeleine Begun Kane<\/p>\n<p>Liability caps for a spill<br \/>\nWould be raised by the Democrats&#8217; bill.<br \/>\nBut Sen.
