Bush. Then there was <a href=\"http:\/\/mediamatters.org\/blog\/201001080036\">Mary Matalin&#8217;s more subtle lie<\/a>: Bush &#8220;inherited the most tragic attack on our own soil in our nation&#8217;s history.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But the third time clearly makes it a Republican talking point.  On Good Morning America, <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.abcnews.com\/george\/2010\/01\/rudy-giuliani-no-domestic-attacks-under-bush-one-under-obama.html\">Rudy Giuliani spouted this falsehood<\/a> to George Stephanopoulos: &#8220;We had no domestic attacks under Bush.
