Hint: sciencey stuff involving <a href=\"http:\/\/www.msnbc.com\/rachel-maddow-show\/rick-perrys-background-wont-match-his-responsibilities?cid=eml_mra_20161215\">nuclear weapons and waste.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>What qualifies Perry to be<br \/>\nDonald&#8217;s Energy Sec?
