I think the tactic will eventually backfire -- but that may be too little, too late. They're stalling until they can buy or bully just a few more Senators to deliver the pro-corporate "reform" package they want. 'Tis not to the smart, or the fast, That the race goes -- that's all in the past. With arguments mustered, You'll only get flustered; It's who shouts the loudest, and last.
