The Manatee is not extinct! Here is a poem that I wrote about the manatee.

What a wondrous animal is the manatee

eating plants and avoiding humanity.

To live that way would be a vanity

out in the wild, alive and free!

It’s shape and look are extremely odd

proving a sense of humor by God.
