Mr. Cheney:

The whole Bill of Rights you’d undo
To protect us. From the ACLU?
With democracy’s end
What’s left to defend?
And who, now, protects us from you?

Not that I’m letting Obama off the hook…

Don’t show torture pictures no more!
Says the Prez…’cause, you know, we’re at war.
Then those guys who despise us
Will no more demonize us…
Unless they have seen “24.”

As for seizing the banks…I wish! That bipartisan story is simple enough for haiku:

Wall Street wins, we lose
New party! New president!
Wall Street wins, we lose.

How about this:

There once was a VP named Cheney
and he made the liberals act zany
he washed Khalid’s face
and protected the place
while liberal’s still were campaigning.

or this:

There once was too much deficit spending
and liberals called for it’s ending
But look here and see,
they found the money tree
and Barack can multiply spending.
