And I welcome you to write some weather verse too:<\/p>\n<p>First my limerick:<\/p>\n<p>June Down The Drain<br \/>\nBy Madeleine Begun Kane<\/p>\n<p>Oh, when will the rain ever wane?<br \/>\nOur weather this June&#8217;s been insane.<br \/>\nWe are having a bout<br \/>\nWith the inverse of drought.<br \/>\nSo whoever&#8217;s in charge,\u00a0 please refrain!<\/p>\n<p>And now my haiku:<\/p>\n<p>Rainy New York June<br \/>\nHas identity crisis:<br \/>\nIt thinks it&#8217;s April.<\/p>\n<p>Feel free to write your own weather-related limerick (using my first line, if you&#8217;d like) and\/or weather haiku and post it in my comments.
