Dim-Witted Driver (Limerick)

A dim-witted driver named Ed
\nOften finds that his battery’s dead.
\nHe’s forgetful most nights
\nAnd he leaves on the lights.
\nThat’s why Edward is no<\/strong> longer wed.<\/p>\n

Note: My husband Mark is a frequent source of dead battery-inspired humor, including these two humor columns: Tow Guy Blues<\/a> and False Alarm.<\/a> Thus far, however, we remain married. In fact tomorrow’s our 31st wedding anniversary.<\/a><\/p>\n
