(It\u2019s a two-verse limerick, but a standard one-verse limerick is fine, of course.)<\/p>\n<p>Hairy Limerick<br \/>\nBy Madeleine Begun Kane<\/p>\n<p>A gal who was youngish, yet gray,<br \/>\nConsidered a dye job one day,<br \/>\nBut was coloring wary.<br \/>\n(It struck her as hairy.)<br \/>\nShe refused, to her mother&#8217;s dismay.<\/p>\n<p>Her mom said, &#8220;It&#8217;s time for some dye,<br \/>\nElse you&#8217;ll look even older than I.<br \/>\nAnd I can not afford<br \/>\nAn old daughter &#8212; good lord &#8212;<br \/>\nIf I want to attract a new guy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Please feel free to write your own limerick using the same first line and post it in my comments.
