Today\u2019s limerick and haiku theme is\u00a0dogs.\u00a0<\/em>First, my limerick:<\/p>\n

Dear Puppy
\nBy Madeleine Begun Kane<\/p>\n

Dear puppy, how long will it be
\nTill you learn where it’s kosher to pee?
\nThey said you were bright,
\nBut there’s no end in sight
\nTo your accidents. Please try a tree.<\/p>\n

And now my dogs<\/em> haiku:<\/p>\n

She comes between us,
\nFoiling our would-be embrace.
\nDogged chaperone.<\/p>\n

Now, of course, it\u2019s your<\/strong> turn.
