A new limerick, haiku, and senryu prompt (at long last) whose theme is jewelry, crafts, and engagements.<\/em>\u00a0 First, my limerick:<\/p>\n

Engagement Bling
\nBy Madeleine Begun Kane<\/p>\n

“I’m engaged,” said the gal to her mom.
\n“I’m in love and I’m marrying Tom.”
\n“But I don’t see a ring,”
\nSaid her mom.\u00a0 “Get some bling.
\nUntil then, I intend to stay calm.”<\/p>\n

And now my haiku (senryu):<\/p>\n

Craft show earrings
\nOnce adorned the riverfront
\nAnd now grace my lobes.<\/p>\n

Now, of course, it\u2019s your<\/strong> turn.
