And that was bad enough.<\/p>\n<p>But now it&#8217;s Facebook and Twitter and blogging, oh my!  <\/p>\n<p>And for some people, it&#8217;s even worse.  I guess I should be relieved that I don&#8217;t especially dig Digg, and that MySpace hasn&#8217;t invaded my brain space.  And that (so far, at least) I&#8217;ve withstood the lure of most of the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_social_networking_websites\">social networking and social media websites<\/a> listed here in all their gory glory.<\/p>\n<p>Because, as you can tell from this limerick, I don&#8217;t need any more web obsessions:<\/p>\n<p>Feed Needs<br \/>\nBy Madeleine Begun Kane<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m addicted to Facebook, it&#8217;s true,<br \/>\nAnd Twitter and weblogging too.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m desp&#8217;rately hooked.<br \/>\nAll my hours are booked<br \/>\nOn my quest to be fed something new.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In simpler (pre-social networking) days, I suffered from just one web addiction &#8212; checking my email.
