A gal who was rather a nut,
\nHad put a tattoo on her butt.
\n“If sex is your goal
\nPlease use other hole,
\nThis entrance will always stay shut.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Congratulations to both Bruce Niedt<\/a> and Jamie Hutchinson, who are tied in winning this week’s Facebook Friends’ Choice Award for their respective limericks: <\/p>\n

Bruce Niedt: <\/p>\n

A golfer who\u2019s rather a nut
\nThinks he CAN make the PGA cut.
\nHe believes he\u2019s Jack Nicklaus,
\nBut that\u2019s just ridic\u2019lous,
\n\u2018Cos all he can play is \u201cputt-putt\u201d!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Jamie Hutchinson:<\/p>\n

A surgeon considered a nut
\nTook a scalpel and started to cut.
\nThe patient, a bass:
\n\u201cGet me out of this place!
\nDoes the doc prefer tenors, or what?\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And congratulations to these Honorable Mention winners (in random order) Robert Schechter, Johanna Richmond, Colleen Murphy<\/a>, and Jane Shelton Hoffman. Here are their respective Honorable Mention limericks:<\/p>\n

A man who was rather a nut
\nFor a backside that tended to jut
\nSaid, “I think of J-Lo
\nAs wearing a halo
\nOn her fine callipygian butt.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Johanna Richmond:<\/p>\n

A gal who was rather a nut,
\nGave her meter permission to strut,
\nBut lost count of the times
\nShe admonished her rhymes
\nTo stop begging to couple with slut.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Colleen Murphy: <\/p>\n

A quarterback known as a nut
\nTook pleasure when hollering, “Hut!”
\nWe all noticed he’d smile
\nWhen his hands rest awhile
\nOn top of his big center’s butt.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Jane Shelton Hoffman:<\/p>\n

A guy who was rather a nut
\nWould point at the size of his gut.
\nHe would laugh and then shrug,
\n“There’s more me to hug.”
\n“But no room on his lap,” sighed his mutt.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Colleen Murphy: <\/p>\n

A writer well-known as a nut
\nWould write with her bedroom door shut.
\nHer agent inquired
\nJust what had transpired
\nTo put out such best-selling smut!\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
