Congratulations to Nan Reiner a\/k\/a Kitty Ditty who wins Limerick of the Week for this funny verse:<\/p>\n

A gal who was very uptight
\nFound her Chinaman mate no delight,
\nBut she relished the sin
\nWhen his brother joined in,
\nShrieking gaily, \u201cTwo Wongs make it right!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Congratulations to Robert Basler<\/a> who wins this week’s Facebook Friends’ Choice Award for this limerick which received the most Facebook “likes.”<\/p>\n

A gal who is very uptight
\nWon\u2019t take off her clothes when it\u2019s light.
\nThe chick only strips
\nIn a solar eclipse,
\nOr perhaps in a blackout, she might.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And congratulations to these Honorable Mention winners (in random order) Robert Schechter, Rosemary Nissen-Wade<\/a>, and Edmund Conti. Here are their respective Honorable Mention limericks:<\/p>\n

Robert Schechter: <\/p>\n

A poet named Frost was uptight.
\nA fork in the road was his plight.
\n\u201cIf I choose to go left
\nIt might leave me bereft.
\nBut then again, left may be right.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Rosemary Nissen-Wade:<\/p>\n

A gal who was very uptight
\nGave her boyfriend a hell of a fright.
\nShe lay there so rigid,
\nHe thought, “Is she frigid \u2014
\nOr perhaps she has died in the night?”\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Edmund Conti:<\/p>\n

A Brit who was very uptight
\nFound the islands laid back, a delight.
\nOn the Island of Man
\nYou may do what you can.
\nBut, wait a sec, that isn\u2019t Wight!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
