(btw, don't miss Maureen Dowd's column in the NYTs today-1/13/10)- I still remember one of his first shows- Can't believe how long it's been---it was right after a major peace achievement with Israel and (I can't remember now-but it was major news) In any case, his line during one of his first shows was something like..."Who ever thought I'd become the host of a late night talk show? I mean, that's even more unlikely than peace in the middle east!" thanks for entertaining us with wit, humor and on-target limmericks!
