					<description>Well, if you look at the overall history of Hallowe'en, it hadn't really been strictly "for the kids" until the 20th century, with the advent of mass commercialization.  Then as hyper-capitalism kicked into gear and the awareness dawned on sellers that they could make more money pushing Hallowe'en, like Christmas, to both kids and adults, you saw far more adult participation (led by college students, as usual).</description>
