That’s something that’s tough to come by when you lose a <b>hard drive</b>! Losing more than a few myself I’ve also made the mistake of not backing up or burning important data and have ended up losing everything. Actually having any of your <a href="http://www.computergiants.com" rel="nofollow">computer storage devices</a> will ruin your day so it’s cool to see a fun twist on this oh to familiar scenario. Actually the last time I had a drive fail it was one of my <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disk_enclosure" rel="nofollow">enclosures</a> which got really hot and then fried the drive. It seems I’m always replacing something when it comes to storage related hardware. When I lost that last enclosure I felt like tossing the entire computer out of my window but my buddy was there and kept my calm. Reading something like this makes it seem even more absurd that I or anyone would get that angry! It’s good to see a sense of humor here. Luckily the service folks were able to glean most of my useful files from my hardrive and transfer them to a DVD. Some were corrupted, but at that point I was happy that I could salvage anything.
